• About Us

We believe that everything you need to thrive is already within you. At Mended Pathways, we are committed to providing the highest quality care through evidence-based practices and holistic approaches. Our goal is to empower clients to become the architects of their own health through education, personalized wellness plans, and compassionate support.

We understand that each individual is unique, and that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to optimal health. We also recognize the deep connection between emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. That’s why we place a strong emphasis on preventative health practices—because we believe everyone deserves, and is capable of, living a healthy and fulfilling life.

Our services are designed for individuals aged 16 and up, with a special focus on youth, adults, and those recovering from addiction. We draw on a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), strengths-based approaches, and mindfulness practices.

With over 20 years of business experience, Heather Deighan also supports clients navigating career transitions, pursuing advancement, or recovering from burnout.
